The Revolution Series represents monumental step in supercharging for the Elise and Exige. This incredible system is capable of up to 310hp on 91 octane fuel!

The Revolution starts with an all new aluminum casting that incorporates an internal Air-to-Water charge cooler.

The Revolution Series is:

• M62 or TVS Supercharger Friendly
      o Revolution natively attaches to the TVS for the ultimate supercharged experience. However,    the M62 will also work great with Revolution for those on tighter budgets or who are forced to run the OEM M62 supercharger for a race class.

• Direct upgrade for: Blackwatch Racing, Sector111 Katana and Revolution 250 Supercharger kits.

• Modular. It can be purchased with or without the intercooler core with the option to upgrade later
      o Lower initial cost, while retaining an upgrade path

• Tight coupling of the heat exchanger with intake manifold
      o Less intake volume ==> crisper throttle response or greater supercharger pumping efficiency.
      o Shorter air flow distance ==> substantially reduced pressure drop & reduced weight of plumbing & lower parasitic power consumption (higher net power).

• A/W Charge Cooler
      o High heat exchanger effectiveness and allows for proper packaging in a mid-engine platform to ensure the best efficiency possible

• Cast aluminum blower intake and plenum
      o Greater ability to make a shape that's friendly to airflow than a fabricated and welded part. It also affords greater repeatability of quality and appearance from part to part.

• Dedicated radiator and circulation pump mounted in the engine bay (including the Elise!)
      o Efficient cooling and lower charge temps since there are no other components cooled by the system.
      o Easy installation with all the plumbing remaining in the rear of the car

• High-Flow circulation pump made by Bosch with weather sealed custom wiring harness
      o Helps to ensure a trouble-free experience.

• Factory ECU tuning available or Standalone EFI engine management system available
      o Factory ECU tuning for those who need OEM functionality or standalone EMS for those that need the absolute most out of their setup.

Additional design elements include the side access panel for an easy upgrade to the charge-cooled version for those starting with the non-intercooled version.

Here are the UPGRADE options:

BWR or Katana S/C upgrade to Revolution 310:  Keep your M62 supercharger and upgrade to intercooled Revolution 310.  Includes:  Revolution Manifold, Oversized Throttlebody adapter compatible with with BWR Big-Bore TB, M62 kit with integrated custom made BELL Air-to-Water Intercooler core, radiator, fans, bosch motorsport pump, Welbro 255lph fuel pump, 550cc EV14 Injectors, and no-splice adapters.  Approximately 310HP Rocketship!   Available February   $4,295    BWR version 1.0 owners require their supercharger nose to be machined.  This extra service is provided free-of-charge provided you ship the supercharger nose ONLY to the address provided.  It will be shipped back ground.  Additionally the original idler pulley will be used.  If you do not have one, it can be purchased by from our sister Lotus OEM webstore, Lotus Garage (www.lotusgarage.com).  

Revolution 250 to 310 Upgrade:  Add ~60 HP to your supercharged Revolution 250.  Adds integrated intercooler core, radiator, hoses, pump, bigger fuel pump, smaller pulley, ECU reflash, and all the hardware.  $2,350

NOTES:

• Dyno Pic Rev 310 install on a bone stock car with factory CAT and air filter!
• BRG highly recommends the installation of the BOE Clam Hinge when performing major drivetrain upgrades to the Elise or Exige.  This permits easier access for maintenance and service.  The cost of the Clam Hinge modification can be realized in savings after just 3 services that would have required the rear clam's removal.  The modification can be easily added during the Revolution System installation.  See options below to have the Clam Hinge installed with your Revolution System.
• Supercharger kits are custom built to order and take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
