Made by Comp Clutch our flywheel is a single piece steel.  Weighing in at just 7.5 lbs, it trims over 30% off the stock flywheel.  Additionally, the drilled areas at the edge, centralize the mass further.   This allows a very quick revving engine and more torque to the wheels especially in lower gears.    The advantage of single piece steel vs. a two piece aluminum and steel is that over time the aluminum and steel with different rates of thermal expansion can cause the bolts holding the steel friction surface to work loose.  Perfect for the street or track, the lightweight flywheel "wakes up" your Lotus!  Combined with our ACT HDSS clutch its a potent combination!
