British Racing Group, in cooperation with The Evolution Performance Driving School, has arranged for a special autocross school at the new Meadowlands Stadium on August 28th.  This is a BRG exclusive curriculum for the event and an entirely separate group from the rest of the school being held that day.  While the event will be geared towards Lotuses, all makes and models are welcome.

This Phase 1-based program is the encompasses first step in the Evolution School is where all students start,  regardless of experience. This Daylong course builds upon students existing skills, while introducing new ideas to improve one’s times. Students both ride and drive with Evolution trained instructors to learn where they are fast and where they need to improve.

Combined with race proven skills, concepts, and techniques, this course will improve the performance of all drivers on both road and track.  Even experienced driver’s benefit from the course as a refresher for those things they’ve forgotten over the years or perhaps never learned. No matter what type of car you drive these skills will improve your overall driving abilities.

The venue is a brand new lot, and is quite possible one of biggest and best on the entire east coast.This is also the last weekend before the SCCA's National Championships festivities in Lincoln NE, so don't miss out on your last opportunity to get yourself ready for the big event.

The day will consist of:

8:00 Check in
8:30 Drivers meeting
8:45 Base runs on course. Allows instructors to see where the students stand.
9:30 One on one instruction. Morning instruction works on car placement, car control, hands/feet, etc...
12:00 Lunch Our lunch is a working lunch. This consist of a review of the morning, as well as a discussion about the afternoon. Instructors then take students for a casual drive through, to discuss techniques that will be worked on in the afternoon
12:45 More one on one instruction. This session deals primarily with visualization.
3:15 Final runs. This is a chance for the students to show what they have learned.
4:00 Final drivers meeting
4:30 School is complete

The program will maintain a 6:1 student to instructor ratio. The instructors are SCCA National Champion drivers, and many of them have obtained multiple SCCA National Championships.

Pricing is $360 for the entire day including; exclusive BRG run group, unique curriculum tailored for Lotus vehicles and meals (not available with the regular school).  2 Drivers may share a car.
